Q Do I have to use you for project management?

A No, you can stop at the architecture stage if that's all you need

Q What does project management give me?

A In short, a high level of control over the construction.

We take the architectural design and work out a budget and expected timescale for the job. We then package to job and get prices from the various speialist contractors who will be needed to completethe project. We charge a project management fee on top of the costs. We ensure your finished project is like the design we have agreed.

Q Do I get a fixed price contract?

A We agree a fixed price for the design work and tie down as many costs as possible for the construction stage. There are usually unexpected items in any construction project so it is wise to add a contingency.

Q What areas do you work in?

A We are well placed to work in the Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands areas.

Q Will I need planning permission?

A Some work can be done within permitted development rights but if you need planning permission we can arrange that as well as building control approval.
